We understand that it can be hard to take time out to look after yourself. Even though we know self care is essential, but logistically this can be almost impossible. We understand that it is hard to learn better ways of doing things when we are in the middle of our normal routine and stressed out. We need time to relax, get perspective and have an action plan. So we hope to create a calm, relaxing and enriched learning environment for you on this retreat.
The retreat offers a combination of individual or group therapy sessions, massage, craft, relaxation and pamper activities. Nourishing meals are provided and each guest has their own room and bathroom.
